The C-SSRS for Everyone

The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) makes it easy for anyone to identify when someone they care about is at risk for suicide — the critical first step in getting people the help they need. The screener version of the C-SSRS is the one best suited for use by family members, friends, and others who have a personal relationship with the individual who may be at risk. It’s just two to six questions long, but provides the information needed to determine whether someone may need help.
