If you encounter difficulties playing media files, please download the VLC media player.
Online training and video downloads are the preferred options, but the Project is happy to mail you a training DVD if necessary. We provide one DVD per language. Please contact us with your name, mailing address and country, phone number, and desired training language. The Project uses FedEx to provide timely shipments, but please allow for time to process your request.
Training certificates are generated automatically only when users register and complete the case study questions on Training Campus. For all other training options, trainees can document completion by printing this Project-signed certificate and filling in their name and completion date.
